Making A Purchase

To make a purchase just browse around our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order.

We only accept Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Postal Orders, or Paypal as payments

We remove the orders from the internet twice a day usualy between 9.00 and 17.00. but these times can vary depending on customer demand. These orders are then entered into the stock control system, Should there be any issues relating to out of stock goods, you shall be contacted by ourselves before any money is debited from your account. All transactions of information are 100% safe due to our inbuilt 128-bit encryption. Our server is available 24hrs a day.

Our normal delivery options are 3 -5 working days, Should this, for any reason, not be possible, we shall contact you as soon as possible (subject to us having been provided with a valid telephone number at the time of ordering).

Other Payment Methods
personal cheque or postal orders. Despatch will be made five working days from the date of receipt of a cheque (assuming all items are in stock). Despatch will be made the same day as receipt of a postal order (assuming all items are in stock). unless steamed bait has been requested as is it made fresh to order, and this takes several days.

Delivery Information

Delivery is £8.50 for most large packages up to 20kg and Free for most Orders over 20kg smaller items like dips ,pop ups, Hookers etc. are cheaper.

If you buy more than one item then posting costs would be only one fee of the higher posting costs unless they are several small weight items which can mount up to the total of £8.50.

We have many offers with Free posting which is for UK mainland only..
Please note that most of our smaller items ar posted by royal mail which can take up to 5 days.

Shipping And Handling

Overseas Orders

We do except orders from outside the UK, but due to rising trends of credit card fraud and the banks somewhat lack of support in tackling this problem we reserve the right to request further proof of ID, cheque payment or bank transfer or to refuse the order altogether. Delivery rates need to be agreed by both parties i.e. Steamer Baits and the customer.


Guarantee

Goods offered for sale in the Steamer Baits web site are new as supplied by the manufacturer and carrying the manufacturer's warranty. You may cancel any order before it is shipped and within 7 days of receiving it. However you must pay the shipping costs for it to be returned to us. Your money will be refunded in no more than 30 days excluding the postage amount and you must contact us for a returns number prior to returning you goods.

The above does not apply to freshly made Steamed bait as it is made fresh to order and is designed to be frozen on receipt by the customer, whom should only place an order for fresh bait if they are certain they require it as the bait is designed to start decomposing within the time scales of returning the bait to us.

If there is a manufacturing complaint because freshly made bait is not satisfactory to the customer, we still require the customer to freeze the bait to preserve it on its arrival, our courier provider will collect the bait so we can investigate any faults/complaints, this way we can at all times give maximum customer satisfaction.

Any complaint concerning the shape of steamed bait will not be investigated as these baits are steamed and do change shape slightly during the cooking process and are not all uniform.

Complaints
All complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially, effectively and resolved quickly. We aim to have replied to you within 5 working days.
